Faux Burger Joint

So a new burger joint is opening up next to my home.  Elevation Burger.  I'm excited and I've been looking forward to this for months.  Craving the sweet sweet deliciousness of a burger cooked to perfection within a 2 minute walk.  I'm going to pass by every time I walk the dog.  I will be able to smell it when the windows are open.  The anticipation is driving me mad.  I checked out their menu the other day and now I'm confused.  What I thought was going to be a fantastic moment has suddenly been clouded with doubts.  Their menu starts out deliciously with the Elevation Burger with double meat and double cheese.  Then, it goes down the list with variations of that along with a couple veggie burgers (which I can overlook) and a salad (??? but whatever).  These all seem like perfectly acceptable burger joint fare.  What has me concerned is what is not listed.  Not even in the toppings.  It is the one thing that ALL burger places must offer, even if it is considered a topping.  BACON!!!! There is no bacon cheeseburger.  There is no option to add bacon.  WTF?  It's like some sort of cruel joke.
