Faux Burger Joint

So a new burger joint is opening up next to my home.  Elevation Burger.  I'm excited and I've been looking forward to this for months.  Craving the sweet sweet deliciousness of a burger cooked to perfection within a 2 minute walk.  I'm going to pass by every time I walk the dog.  I will be able to smell it when the windows are open.  The anticipation is driving me mad.  I checked out their menu the other day and now I'm confused.  What I thought was going to be a fantastic moment has suddenly been clouded with doubts.  Their menu starts out deliciously with the Elevation Burger with double meat and double cheese.  Then, it goes down the list with variations of that along with a couple veggie burgers (which I can overlook) and a salad (??? but whatever).  These all seem like perfectly acceptable burger joint fare.  What has me concerned is what is not listed.  Not even in the toppings.  It is the one thing that ALL burger places must offer, even if it is considered a topping.  BACON!!!! There is no bacon cheeseburger.  There is no option to add bacon.  WTF?  It's like some sort of cruel joke. Guitar Hero

Right now, my left hand may be crippled.  I had to slide it off the end of the guitar.  I'm going to dream of red, yellow, blue and green (yeah, I play on medium) dots coming towards me.  My eyes are fuzzing pretty badly too.  After playing a little Slipknot, I think that it might be time to venture out and see what the world holds for me.  Well, maybe after a little disturbed.  Whoever invented Guitar Hero is a genius.  An evil genius, but a genius none the less.  After I can no longer hold the guitar, I think I'll switch over to Rock Band and play some drums.  I love Saturdays.

I have a new want.  It is a shifter kart.  Anything that goes that fast must be fun.  I don't exactly know how it's going to happen, but it will be mine.  Oh yes, it will be mine.  I'm not sure where I'm going to keep it.  I don't know where I'm gonig to race it. But it will be mine.  Oh yes.  I have visions of racing around the beltway at 140, passing Hayabusas, going under tractor trailers, Smokey and the Bandit style, pulling donuts on onramps.  This is my dream.  And one day, it will be mine.
